To attend the 2021 UPCEA Annual Conference and take advantage of the Early Registration Fee\, you must fill out the online registration form and pay the registration fee by February 3\, 2021. The Regular Registration Fee w ill apply beginning February 4\, 2021 and ending March 3\, 2021. To attend the 2021 UPCEA Annual Conference and take advantage of the Regular Regist ration Fee\, you must fill out the online registration form and pay the re gistration fee by March 3\, 2021. The Late Registration Fee will apply beg inning March 4\, 2021. Payment for the full amount of the Late Registratio n Fee must be made by April 2\, 2021. \;

Refunds
\nAll registration cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. \; Full refunds will be granted for cancellations receive d by February 3\, 2021. \; A refund of the conference fee\, minus a $7 5 administrative fee\, will be given for cancellations received between Fe bruary 3 &ndash\; March 3\, 2021. \; No refunds or credits will be gra nted for cancellations after March 3\, 2021. Please submit all requests to Jacqueline Romero at jromero@upcea.edu . Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute fro m the same organization. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. \;Please note that all cancellation fees apply even if initial invoice has yet to be paid.

\nCorpor ate member and nonmember attendees are prohibited from holding any meeting s (briefings\, seminars\, etc.) targeting professional\, continuing\, and online leaders in higher education who they know will be attending the UPC EA event\, and utilizing our name and likeness to do so\, unless otherwise negotiated and scheduled with and by UPCEA.
