To att end the 2025 UPCEA MEMS Conference and take advantage of the Early Registr ation Fee\, you must fill out the online registration form and pay the reg istration fee by August 26\, 2025. The Standard Registration Fee will appl y beginning August 27\, 2025 and ending November 4\, 2025. To attend the 2 025 UPCEA MEMS Conference and take advantage of the Standard Registration Fee\, you must fill out the online registration form and pay the registrat ion fee by November 4\, 2025. The Late Registration Fee will apply beginni ng November 5\, 2025. Payment for the full amount of the Late Registration Fee must be made by December 1\, 2025. \; The On-Site Registration Fee wil l apply as of the first day of the conference (December 2\, 2025).

UPCEA reserves the right to cancel registrations that go unpaid prior to the conference\, and charge the corresponding cancellat ion fee. Access to the conference will not be granted until full payment i s received. \; \; \;

Ref unds\nAll registration cancellation and refund requests must be m ade in writing. \; Full refunds will be granted for cancellations rece ived by August 26\, 2025. \; A refund of the conference fee\, minus a $250 administrative fee\, will be given for cancellations received between August 27 &ndash\; November 4\, 2025. \; No refunds or credits will b e granted for cancellations after November 4\, 2025. Please submit all req uests to info@upcea.edu. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute from the same organiza tion. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. \;Please note th at all cancellation fees apply even if initial invoice has yet to be paid.

\nThe annual UPCEA MEMS conference is the premier event for l eaders and practitioners responsible for professional\, continuing\, and o nline education marketing\, enrollment management\, and student success at colleges and universities around the world. For over 25 years\, the UPCEA conference has drawn professionals from institutions of all sizes to show case thought leadership in our field and to explore trends in adult studen t recruitment and retention. Designed for both senior leaders and practiti oners\, the conference offers high level\, strategically-focused presentat ions as well as sessions which spotlight the tactical components of market ing and enrollment management in today&rsquo\;s higher education landscape .

\nConference Photo Policy\nRegistrants of the 2025 UPCEA MEMS Conference agr ee to allow UPCEA and its official photographer to photograph them in the context of the conference. Footage captured by the official photographer m ay be used in future print and electronic promotional and archival materia ls. Affiliated Even ts Policy\nThe association has gone to great lengths and expense to negotiate and contract for a reduced room rate at conference hotels. \;That rate is based upon the projected attendance at the meeting. \;If corporate mem ber and nonmember attendees elect to stay at other hotels\, it subjects th e association to attrition penalties that can cause significant financial loss to the association. \;We count on our corporate community to supp ort the association\, and one of the ways to do that is to honor our effor ts to secure a sufficiently large room block at a reduced rate at a first class hotel/conference venue. \; \;

For these reasons\, corpora te member and nonmember attendees are prohibited from holding any meetings (briefings\, seminars\, etc.) within a 25-mile radius\, targeting profess ional\, continuing\, and online leaders in higher education during the sch eduled hours of UPCEA events unless otherwise negotiated and scheduled wit h and by UPCEA. Any such meeting occurring within 36 hours before or after the UPCEA conference must be coordinated with UPCEA and\, space permittin g\, be held at the conference hotel. \; This policy helps ensure that the association&rsquo\;s contracted obligations to the hotel for guest roo ms and food and beverage minimums are met\, which is essential for the fin ancial health of the association and its members. If UPCEA cannot find spa ce for the corporate member or nonmember attendee&rsquo\;s event at the co ntracted hotel\, we will work to help find alternative space. \; In no circumstances\, however\, is it permissible for a corporate member or non member attendee to contract a separate hotel block\, either at the confere nce hotel or elsewhere. \;

UPCEA reserves the right to prohibit corp orate member and nonmember attendees who violate this policy from exhibiti ng or participating at UPCEA events.
