\nThis course examines prospective s tudent markets and how to address their educational needs. \; This cou rse also examines the roles of employers\, communities\, and government ag encies in creating educational opportunities. \;

\nCancellation Policy: \;Registrants who request cancellation by 5:0 0 pm EST on the Friday after the course begins will have the option to tra nsfer that registration one time to a colleague at their institution or to any other Online PD course offered within six months of cancellation. If no suitable offerings are available within six months at the time of cance llation\, registrants can request a refund of their registration fee minus a $50.00 administrative fee. No transfers or refunds will be available af ter the first week of the course. Cancellation requests must be made in wr iting and sent to \;pd@upcea.edu
