Description: Patients with chest pain\, ischem ia\, or even myocardial infarction do not always have obstructive coronary artery disease. MINOCA (myocardial infarction with nonobstructive coronar y arteries) and INOCA (ischemia with nonobstructive coronary arteries) are increasingly recognized as important contributors to cardiovascular morbi dity\, recurrent symptoms\, and diminished quality of life. This webinar w ill provide an overview of the spectrum of coronary dysfunction\, includin g coronary microvascular dysfunction and vasospastic disease. Attendees wi ll review contemporary concepts in pathophysiology\, diagnosis\, prognosis \, and treatment\, while exploring practical implications for cardiac reha bilitation professionals. Through clinical cases and evidence-based discus sion\, participants will gain tools to better recognize\, support\, and ed ucate patients living with these often-misunderstood conditions.

1. Differentiate MINOCA\, INOCA\ , coronary microvascular dysfunction\, and vasospastic angina from traditi onal obstructive coronary artery disease.
