\nOverview\nThe Colorado Office of Behavioral Health (OBH) is implementing the new Community Trans ition Services Program (CTSP)\, with the goal of creating a statewide refe rral program to aid in transitioning high-risk individuals to community-ba sed behavioral health services after receiving treatment in an acute care hospital or withdrawal management facility. OBH has communicated that this program has an annual budget of approximately $3.1 million\, which will b e used to provide intensive and innovative programming for an estimated 32 5 high-risk individuals. OBH has contracted with Rocky Mountain Human Serv ices.
