 \, CAFM.&nbsp\; Chuck Cramer Jr. is the Director of Fleet Services for the
  City of Lynchburg\, Virginia where he is responsible for the cradle to gr
 ave operations of a fleet of 746 assets\, and the administration of nearly
  1\,300 vehicles. Chuck reports to the City Manager and advises them on al
 l vehicle related concerns. Chuck grew up in Bristol\, Pennsylvania where 
 he entered the Air Force in 1991and remained for the next 25 years. His ba
 ckground includes Logistics\, Electronic Warfare\, and 32 years in the veh
 icle and equipment industry. Chuck served in multiple deployed locations t
 hroughout Iraq &amp\; Afghanistan in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom a
 nd Enduring Freedom\, as well as NATO operations. Education includes\;-4 l
 evels of Professional Military Education-Professional Manager Certificatio
 n-Bachelor&rsquo\;s in Business Quality Management-CAFM-MBA-Public Adminis
